If you’re a golfer suffering with back pain, you may want to check out this video I made. It’s a quick way to measure how tight your mid back is. What can happens is if you are tight in your mid back you can start to compensate for that lack of mobility in the lower back. Over time the lower back begins to breakdown resulting in pain.
